6 Easy Habits That Will Change Your Life

These days we are focusing on how to be our best selves, the "happiest" version we can be. That means getting healthier, being kinder to ourselves, and getting things done. Simply changing your hair or wardrobe wont do the trick (although they help), but these habits might!

  1. Make your bed: Making your bed first thing every morning means one small win before you've even had your cup of coffee.

  2. Organize to do lists based on goals: Before making your next to do list, ask yourself where you want to be in five years. Everything on your list should take you on step closer to that goal.

  3. Give yourself deadlines: No matter how small or specific, give yourself a realistic deadline and hold yourself accountable.

  4. Instead of scrolling through social media, get up and move: Instead of scrolling through Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, and TikTok, get up and move your body to refresh yourself. This will help you focus better for the rest of the day.

  5. Read more: Whether it's winding down before bed, taking a break in the afternoon, or the ritual you do to start your day, fit in more time to read.

  6. Tidy up your space before bed: Clutter in your space can translate to clutter in your mind! Make sure to tidy up your room enough to make you feel comfortable and relaxed.
