There are hundreds of stereotypes surrounding women when it comes to finance and money. This sends the message that finances should be a mans concern. You know what I call that? Bullshit. Normalizing conversations about money and educating ourselves about finance is extremely important.

Financial insecurity is the main reason why women have trouble leaving abusive relationships and why they return. Without financial literacy you can rack up large amounts of credit card debt, difficulty managing income, taxes, and investments.
