How To: Tackle Sunday Blues

All week you look forward to the weekend. When it arrives, you’re relieved and happy; then before you know it, it’s Sunday. Cue the Sunday blues (or Sunday scaries) which is irritability, unease, restlessness, feeling anxious and dread for the upcoming Monday.


How to tackle the Sunday Blues:

  • Identify what’s making you feel this way

  • Reframe your Sundays to something great- treat yourself

  • Try going outside, getting some fresh air might offer you a new perspective

  • Disconnect from your email for the entire weekend

  • Plan for the week ahead
