How To Take Care Of Your Energy: Introvert VS Extrovert

Whether you're an introvert, extrovert, or someone in between, we all need to take care of our energy.


For The Introverts

If you're feeling tired, intimidated, or overwhelmed, go sit in a quiet spot. Maybe find one person to stick and talk to. Ask them questions that allow you to sit and listen. Create a plan so you don't have to stay too long. Have some limits and boundaries around your time. After, take some deep breaths to soothe your nervous system and calm down.


For The Extroverts

Give yourself alone time to recharge your battery. You love being social, but if you don't give yourself alone time there's a chance you'll burnout. Schedule one night a week with yourself where, alone, you relax and do something for yourself.
