My 3 Favorite Breakfast Foods

I personally always struggle to eat breakfast, I always have the excuse "it's too early, I'm not hungry yet", but I do notice I tend to drag when I don't eat it. There are many benefits of having breakfast (which make me want to start the habit) including:

  • Increased energy

  • Improved concentration

  • Better mood

  • Essential nourishment

With that being said, when I do have breakfast (usually on the weekends), I like to enjoy these three foods:

  1. Pancakes- I've enjoyed these since I was a child; my father would make pancakes every Sunday!

  2. French Toast- Whenever I go to a diner I almost always order french toast no matter the time of day (although I also enjoy my mother's french toast made from scratch!)

  3. Bacon, Egg & Cheese on a Bagel- This breakfast obsession began in college and is actually one of my hangover cures.
