10 Tips To Nourish Your Skin

  1. Drink more water!

  2. Use natural ingredients in your face masks.

  3. Eat more vegetables (I know, easier said than done).

  4. Eat dark chocolate!

  5. Avoid tanning beds.

  6. Wear a small amount of sunscreen.

  7. Pat your skin dry, don't rub!

  8. Try and get enough sleep.

  9. Avoid strong soaps that can strip your natural oils.

  10. Sleep with a silk pillow (it also helps your hair).
