Drink more water!
Use natural ingredients in your face masks.
Eat more vegetables (I know, easier said than done).
Eat dark chocolate!
Avoid tanning beds.
Wear a small amount of sunscreen.
Pat your skin dry, don't rub!
Try and get enough sleep.
Avoid strong soaps that can strip your natural oils.
Sleep with a silk pillow (it also helps your hair).
