Affirmations Before Bed
This allows you to take ownership of your thoughts and create space in your mind so you can fall asleep with ease.
CBD
Personally, I am a fan of CBD before bed. It helps me feel relaxed and I have a calm, deep sleep.
Essential Oils/Diffusers
If you aren't a fan of CBD, I find using a diffuser can also be helpful to create a calm environment that lulls you into a calm sleep. Chamomile and lavender essential oils are great scents to calm you down!
