5 Ways To Make The Best of Quarantine

1. Practice Self Care

Take a bubble bath, light a candle, take a moment to breathe. Now is the time, so take advantage of it and take the time to care for yourself.

2. Stay Active from Home!

There are so many online workout classes to take! Now that the weather is nicer, take a walk outside. There are also tons of social media workout challenges like "100 day squat challenge" that you can follow and do in order to stay fit!

3. Create a Schedule

Make the most of your time at home. Set alarms to wake up and stay on track with tasks and errands.

4. Learn a New Skill

Maybe learn something new like painting, knitting, or a new language!

5. Stay Connected!

Even though we arent supposed to be together in person, there are still ways to stay connected! Keep in touch with friends and family through social media like instagram, snapchat, and facebook. You can also Facetime or google hangout or zoom for large groups of people.
