I will always be the first to admit that having someone make you a fancy coffee hits different. However, after going out and buying coffee almost everyday for two months, my bank account started to severely suffer. This is when I decided I needed to start making my coffee at home.
I’m not super crazy about pressing my own coffee beans etc. Give me a Kerrigan and I am a happy gal. I am however, very specific about how my coffee tastes. For those who don’t know, I take my coffee light and sweet, and prefer iced over hot (but will still drink hot).
I knew how to make hot coffee at home the way I irked it, but iced coffee That was a different story. Of course making the actual coffee and cooling it was easy, but getting it to taste just the way I iced it was a little harder. So I did my research on my favorite coffee drinks and bought the necessary ingredients:

After a couple of trial runs I came up with different variations of iced coffee that I enjoyed. Don't get me wrong, there are days I like to treat myself and go out and get a caramel macchiato from Starbucks, but by making coffee at home, I have the opportunity to save a little bit of money and it only takes five minutes.
