Why You Should Schedule Your Instagram Posts

There are many reasons why you should get into the habit of scheduling your posts. One is that it saves valuable time and gives you the opportunity to plan and execute a strategy. You will also have time to interact with followers and reply to comments. As a result, you build lasting relationships with customers while generating leads.

Best Practices

Schedule Posts When Your Audience Is Most Active

Track how your posts perform at different times and use that to optimize your posting schedule. Here are some peak times according to my previous experience:

Monday: 11 am & 1 pm

Tuesday: 10 am & 2 pm

Wednesday: 9-11 am

Thursday: 11 am, 2 am, & 6p m

Friday: 10 am, 2-4 pm

Saturday: 8-11 am

Sunday: 6-8 pm

Craft Captions With Care

If you’re scheduling your content, there’s no need to rush writing your caption. Take the time to figure out the right hashtags to include, the right accounts to tag, and a compelling CTA.

Engage With Your Audience

Because you are saving time scheduling your content, you now have more time to connect with your audience. Take the time to reply to comments, host polls, and repost things.
